   Joanna and Freddie are simply amazing, I could not ask for better hosts! Always replying my emails as fast as they can and always trying to help and making things possible. The apartment is really good, nicely decorated and located in a great quiet location just a few blocks from the metro. You can also take the Bixis or take the bus 107 that stops right in front of the apartment. Getting to downtown never been so easy and Verdun is a good place to live. You'll also have access to a great guestbook with all the restaurants, places to visit, markets and all the information you need to explore and discover Montreal! My experience in Montreal has been amazing so far, awesome extremely friendly hosts and a great apartment! I'd definitely recommend them to everyone! Thanks, girls! Gui

   The place was exactly as seen on the pictures. There were no surprises while arriving for the first time and the place was nicely cleaned. It's a very great and comfortable appartment in an up coming and booming neighbourhood. You have everything you need just a couple of steps away and you are able to reach easily the city via public transport, in case you do not have a car. I don't know how many e-mails I exchanged with the owners, Joanna & Freddie, but for sure lot's of them. I always got a quick response on my questions, from either one of them and they were always helpful and fast in getting back to me or solving problems. I would for sure come back to this unit and or stay in one of the many other units Freddie & Joanna have to offer in the Montreal area! Thx Chris

   I stayed for 2 months at the apartment and had a very pleasant experience. The apartment is quite large and equipped with all essential amenities, including a dishwasher (which isn't always that common!) The location is great, in the slightly quieter neighborhood of Verdun but very close to the busy Rue Wellington which comes with all essentials: cafes, grocery stores, bars etc, and also a short walk/Bixi ride to Atwater Market and Rue Notre Dame which has some of the city's best restaurants and bars. Check in was very straight forward and instructions for the apartment and ideas for everything do in the area was provided by the hosts. Overall I highly recommend this place to anyone!

   There are so many fabulous things to say about this beautiful flat it’s hard to know where to begin. Because it’s located on the second floor, you’re afforded somewhat of a treehouse feeling. We loved sitting on the front or back balconies enjoying coffee, a meal, or simply the birdsong coming from the healthy, green-leafed trees. As noted in the listing, plentiful sunlight flows from front to back making the flat glow. Open the doors and you’ll be rewarded with a glorious breeze and a feeling of being outside when you are in. Close the doors and/or windows and the double pane glass shuts out any outdoor sounds. The bed is super comfortable and we loved being able to walk around it to make it up in the morning. The appliances are excellent: a dishwasher that works like a charm, the washer and dryer do an outstanding job, and we loved the huge fridge and perfect stovetop/oven. The kitchen was well equipped with everything and more that you need to pull off a big dinner or a casual bite from heavy cookware, to stainless steel nesting bowls, small appliances, matching plates, bowls, glasses, cups and more. There’s a big flat screen with cable TV and hot, hot, hot Wi-Fi that was fast and omni-present throughout the entire flat. The air conditioner was not often needed but did a great job when called upon. The shower was roomy with great water pressure and ample hot water. The apartment is in easy walking distance to many wonderful places and we found it to be very safe, even late at night. Pickup the green line at the LaSalle Metro station just a few blocks away and in no time you’ll be in the heart of Montreal. A few blocks in another direction you’ll find yourself on the fabled Wellington Street chock full of shops, restaurants, coffee, books, and one of the city’s best fromageries. Visit one of our favs, The Garage Cafe on Hickson Street. A few more minutes from Wellington and you’ll be at a long and lovely string of greenspaces along the St Lawrence River. There you can bike, walk, picnic, or people watch. About a 15-minute walk in yet another direction leads to the Lachine Canal, it’s amazing trail to town, and the historic Atwater Market full of produce, plants, and specialty food shops. Lastly, our host Joanna and her team were the best, fast to communicate and assist with any needs we had. You could tell that the guest experience was absolutely top-of-mind and they were such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Thank you Joanna, Joel, and Catalina. Our stay at your spotlessly clean Stylish Apartment Near Metro and Services was a joy. I highly recommend your flat to anyone looking to experience all the beauty that Montreal has to offer.

   Très bel appartement, nous y avons vécu pendant 4mois et ce fut un réel plaisir d'y résider! Appartement lumineux (possibilité d'accrocher une guirlande pour un effet encore plus cosy ;)), proche de la rue Wellington et de son parc (pour l'été), la petite terrasse vous permettra d'admirer les couleurs de l'automne et de profiter du soleil le matin! Je recommande pour chiller à Montreal (idéal pour les couple ou les célibataires)

Au moindre problème l’équipe fait tout pour le résoudre! Idéal pour couple voulant découvrir la ville de Montréal et ses alentours dans ce sentir à l’étroit!

    Sencillamente…”El MEJOR” alojamiento de Airb&b que he utilizado. El vecindario es muy agradable, multicultural y muy seguro. El apartamento está de excelente tamaño, 2 balcones muy agradables, TV, internet, la cama muy cómoda, la cocina equipada con TODO lo necesario y más, un comedor agradable, espacio para sala amplio, baño con todo lo necesario….excelente lugar. A mejorar: requiere un poco de mantenimiento (reportado y que seguramente atenderán pronto) y el sillón de la sala requiere renovación. Cuenta con calefacción y aire acondicionado. El bus lo tomas a unos pasos, está rodeado de 3 estaciones de metro a menos de 900 metros, hay parques cerca, restaurantes, bares, la playa de Verdun….Todo cerca. Lo recomiendo TOTALMENTE. Jeanne fue muy receptiva y excelente persona….Gracias.

    We've now been able to call this place our home for several long stays, each time perfectly attended by the team. The apartment includes everything we could wish for. It's location near to the park next to the st. Laurence River is great for walks and activities. Or walk to Atwater market and/or along Lachine Canal. Or take a quick metro ride into downtown Montreal.
