This beautiful apartment is ideal for a couple or single person but can accommodate up to 4 guests. Bedding setup: one queen size bed in the spacious bedroom and a one sofa bed that sleeps 2 in the living room.
Located on the 3rd and top floor of a Victorian building of 11 apartments (no elevator), the apartment has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished in 2012. Here the “modern design” and the “very old” mix perfectly. High ceilings, hardwood floors and thanks to it's top floor location and it's very large window, the apartment is filled with beautifull natural light all day long. The kitchen and bathroom have both been completely renovated with a modern touch.
Stainless steel appliances, large storage space (Ikea PAX wardrobe) and a small desk area.
All the guests have access to the courtyard!

PARKING: There is no private parking attached to the apartment but we can recommend to you places to park your car, there is a public parking that charges is between 12 and 15$ per 24 hours one block away.
A supermarket is at only 5 minutes walking distance, a very convenient "dépanneur" is located in the building next door and all the other services and stores you may think off are at hand!
According to "Walkscore", the apartment is located in a “walker’s paradise” with it’s 97% score!
