   Location is great: within 20 minutes of downtown Montreal by bike, but in a quiet, residential area. The apartment had everything we needed. The owners are very quick in their responses and very helpful. Highly recommended!

   My kid and I very much enjoyed staying at this appartment. Joanna was very, very kind before and during the stay, helped us out with tips what to do in and around Montreal. Thanks alot for the Kabania-Tip!! This was my first stay using airbnb. Everything was as described on Joanna's website. Everything (and beyond) what you need is there, it was tidy and very comfortable (much nicer than staying in a small hotel room). We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace a couple of times. The bus station is very close that links you with metro to go downtown or olympic park etc. It's short walking distance to the canal Lachine that we enjoyed very much. The trains nearby may be loud sometimes, but we quickly got used to it. And the convenience stores nearby are perfect if you quickly need milk, eggs and cold beer ;-) Thank you, Joanna and Pascal for taking care of us. We would recommend you and your place to anyone!

   After some issues with the air conditioning in our unit, admist the heat wave in Montreal, Joanna and Freddy relocated us to a second location, which was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. These hosts are eager to please, and make it their job to ensure that their guests enjoy their stay in Montreal.

   This place was perfect and looks much bigger in person than in the photos. Joanna and her family were very welcoming and gave us a ton of great information. They also went above and beyond in helping us with an important document that needed to be mailed during our stay in Montreal because I forgot it at home. Perfect home and amazing hosts!!! This was our families first airbnb experience and not was wonderful, I would definitely stay with them again!

   Had a fabulous time staying here. Clean, comfy apartment with everything you need. About a 20 minute walk to the Metro and IGA supermarket. Also on street parking available, which was handy as we ended up hiring a car for a few days during our stay. Joanna and Freddie were great to communicate with and very friendly. Highly recommend!!

    My wife and I stayed here for a weekend, and this apartment suited our needs just fine. The listing description and pictures are accurate--the place is nicely decorated and clean. It is a little farther from downtown and Old Montreal than ideal, but we brought our bikes and were able to get there with no problem. Just be aware that it's a little too far to walk easily. There was an issue with the oven while we were there, but Fred and Joanna were honest about it, telling us before we got there that it had broken and wouldn't be available while we were there. This was inconvenient, but our hosts were gracious about it, looking for another of their places for us to stay and, when none were available, offering us a slight discount on the price. The problem was clearly out of their control, and they handled it admirably. We had no other problems during our stay, and would recommend the place to others.

    The apartment was exactly as pictured and located in a nice residential quiet section. It was close to public bus, and easy to get anywhere by car. I had a small minor problem at the apartment, which was dealt with super quickly by text message. I'd definitely like to stay here again in the summer time

    Beautiful, clean and organized apartment with excellent location, bus 61 stops around the corner that take you to downtown, or you can take the bus for the subway as well. I never met Joanna but since the begining she was really helpful and answered all my questions. I really enjoyed staying in this apartment! ...5 stars ! Totally recomended !

    This charming upstairs apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting family in Verdun and exploring the city by bike and Metro. Great restaurants nearby. Jean was helpful and friendly and very quick to respond to email communication.

    Great apartment in Point St. Charles. Despite the railroad tracks and highway being nearby, it is quiet inside. The apartment and particularly its kitchen is well equipped. We liked the outside balcony and roof terrace, although it is shared with the neighbours. Repairs were done instantly. Jeanne and Joanna were very friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to e-mails. The apartment looks exactly as in the pictures. Point St. Charles is not the most interesting neighbourhood, but the area is safe and Verdun's main street and the canal are within 10 minutes biking, downtown and Atwater market are 20 minutes biking, so when having a bike, its distances are ideal while being able to enjoy the quietness of being outside of the busy areas.
