   A wonderful and charming apartment in Montreal! It was very easy to get to anywhere you want to go (Old Montreal, Downtown) and can be very easily walked. My boyfriend and I love our stay in this apartment and wished we didn't have to leave!! It is beautifully decorated and a very nice place to stay. Frederique and Joanna were very helpful and the guest book provided before arrival had lots of great information about the apartment, parking, and the area. They were also very quick at responding to any question we had about our stay. We will definitely come back and stay at "Le Boston" next time we are in town; It is simply wonderful!

   Joanna and Frederique have A Nice small apartment juist outside of downtown Montréal. Although the apartment is small it contains all faciliteit Nedved such as A kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Joanna and Frederique made mant suggestions to get around in the neighbourhood. Also there is free parking in the street.

   Joanna and Frederique were great hosts. They always answered my emails quickly and in a very friendly manner. The home is well decorated, clean, comfortable and quiet. The queen bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The sofa bed is very firm, which is my personal preference. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. We had several meals there during our stay. Parking was always easy for us. We used the metro often. We had a 5 minute drive to the Charlevoix station (green line. again, parking was very easy). The Montréal metro system is very impressive. It's very fast and efficient. The Marche Atwater (Atwater Market), which is also close to the home, is amazing. Some of the best farm-to-table foods can be found there.

   While visiting family in Montreal, my husband and I settled into this delightful little nest of an apartment for one day less than a week. The brick walls, stone or wood floors, high-end appliances, tv wall, and ample storage space for our clothing, electronics, and food worked together to provide charm. We had everything we needed for the first night. The next day we needed to purchase toilet paper and paper towels and considered looking for a small coffee pot, not knowing how to use the very nice espresso machine. Next time (and there will be a next time) we will know to bring these three items with us. The large bed is wonderfully comfortable. In an alcove, it is accessed from the foot of the bed. The entry stairs are tall and steep. I was very glad to have the strong, full-length hand rail. Our hosts were very communicative and friendly by e-mail and were ready to provide any services we might need. An alternative was immediately provided when we couldn't get the iPad connected to wi-fi. The older lap-top had done just fine. I would suggest that guests pay attention to the "Guestbook Information" provided by Joanna and Freddie. It is obvious a lot of time was put into compiling valuable information. We had skimmed over the information about parking (free on the street), forgetting we wouldn't be able to read the French language signs. Our farewell gift from the city was a $55 ticket. Even that couldn't dampen the very positive experience we had in the little apartment in a very quiet neighborhood in the grand city of Montreal.

   Joanna and Frederique with accommodating my family and I due to last minute change in lodging during our trip to Montreal. They were both very kind and helpful, not to mention efficient in getting back to me in a timely manner. The home was amazing. Very clean, quite, and totally accessible to everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It felt like our home away from home. Everything needed for daily living was supplied. Although the rooftop balcony may be a bit tricky to utilize, everything else made up for it! We will definitely occupy any of their spaces when we go back! Thank you again to you both!!!

    Great space. Was clean and comfortable. The decor was nice, loved the exposed brick! Kitchen had everything we needed to make some quick and easy meals for the kids. Was worries abt the parking, but it was never a problem. We often got a space right in front of the building. The one way street was quiet. The sofabed was broken but the hosts were very quick and responsive to fix the problem. Great stay overall and I would recommend the apartment. Good value.

    Our stay at Frederique and Joanna's apartment was great! Frederique is well-organized, responds quickly to inquiries and the apartment is clean and comfortable. Quick distance to downtown Montreal and from the Lachine Canal (Beautiful walk along the Canal) and Atwater Market. Thanks to our hosts for a very enjoyable stay.

    Great location, great little apt. So easy top get everywhere. Nicely decorated. Had all the amenities we needed. We were out most of the day!! Bixi bikes is the way to go. PARKING was so easy and a big concern of mine, but no problem at all!!

    Me and my girlfriend had a blast here! Jennifer, who came to visit over the two month period felt very at home in this cozy apartment and made the whole trip much better for her! As for myself it was a very stylish place to live in and felt practically at home. It was definitely a bit sad for both of us when we had to leave on our final day. Joanna and Frederique were also great hosts! Whenever there was a slight issue they were extremely quick to come to our aid. They were very friendly and very approachable. If ever I needed to a place to stay for the both of us, I will be asking these two first and foremost! If you need a cozy little place that is also in sjprt distance to downtown (Seriously, A bus just around the corner dropped me off only a mere block away from the futureshop downtown!), I recommend it! Thanks a lot for making me share this great memory between me and Jennifer!

    Our stay at this apartment was absolutely fabulous! Joanna and Frederique were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire booking process and our arrival in Montreal. The apartment itself was immaculate, charming, and well-located--just a 30 minute walk to Old Montreal and the Port. We would definitely stay here the next time we visit!

    This was a great location for me to spend a few months in the dead of Winter. Great location, conveniently located a short walk from the metro station and various markets. Very clean and cozy apartment. Has a very rustic look that gives you that out of the city feel. Couldn't recommend it enough. Easily one of the best AirBnb locations I have stayed in.

    Nice place. Very clean. Responsive hosts. Location is nice, but you will need a car to get around ... Or have a long walk to the metro station. The main bedroom and bed is very good. The 2nd bed is not very comfortable (pull out). Overall, the place would have received a better review had it not been overpriced. Not the best value. But a nice place.

    This place was great! This was my first Airbnb experience and it couldn't have gone better. The apartment was exactly what was represented in the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Short 10-15 minute walk to the train or you can wait for the bus on the corner to the train. Late nights when the train isn't running, Uber only cost us $9-12 dollars from downtown or old Montreal!! If you want a comfortable place, clean and convenient, this is it!!

    This was a great cozy little apartment in a location that we wanted! It is a bit outside of the downtown, but it is very accessible to downtown if need be. The hosts were responsive and professional via email (we didn't meet them!) and checking in and out was a breeze. We would stay here again.

    Perfect place for two, very quiet neighborhood. Host was great to communicate and accommodate us as the original property we booked with them was already taken on another site. As other reviews stated the entrance to this unit had very steep stairs to get to front door, so accessibility should be considered. The building itself felt secure, and had the essentials needed for a short stay. The guest book provided prior to your stay is very helpful as we didn't even need to connect with owners at all during our stay. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay near old montreal/downtown while you explore the city this place is for you! Suggestions; bring slippers in the winter!

    The apartment was perfect for my need, which was to find a temporary place while I transitioned to my own place in Montréal. It was a convenient place to my work in downtown Montréal (#71 bus is 9o m away, and frequent at rush hour times). From this apartment I did conveniently walk to restaurants/bars on Notre-Dame too. The neighbourhood was safe, but not somewhere I would move to myself. The apartment was perfect for a single person. It was clean and had all things I needed (except a can opener, but I informed owners, and i think they will fix this :-). The owner were friendly, communicative (responding when necessary), and very dependable -- what you are looking for! This was my 1st airBnB experience, and it was a very positive one.
