   I had a great time at this apartment. It's perfectly placed for the 61 bus and it's only a short walk to the metro. Really great location. Having a dishwasher was a huge plus and communication with the hosts was very easy and they were really friendly and helpful.

   The place was exactly as it looked on the pictures. Comfortable, clean, we also appreciated the air conditioning unit (Montreal summers can be hot!). The neighborhood (Verdun) is beautiful, quiet and safe. I can only tell that I recommend this place and these hosts!

   Il n'y a aucun prôbleme avec cet appart/condo (cependant les calorifères/radiateurs on une tendance a faire un peu de bruit la nuit ... je conseillerais donc d'échellonner les thermostat avec plus fort en cuisine et en salle de bain pour que celui de la chambre n'est pas besoin de fonctionner 😅😉) Ceci est un detail qui rendra cet appart parfaitement idéal 😀😊

   I could not be happier with my stay here. The apartment was perfectly located near the market which I walked to nearly everyday. The place was exactly as described, clean and very well equipped. The back yard is amazing and will be missed. Communication with Jeanne & Joanna was excellent, immediate & accommodating. I would come back anytime.

   This is a really convenient appartment to stay in for a couple of months. The kitchen is well equipped. The furniture is sufficient and the blankets are good, especially for the winter. I was happy with the small corridor at the front door to put wet/snowy shoes and coats, that is nice in winter time. The neighborhood is a quiet, residential area, and although it is not the richest neighborhood, I always felt safe. It is easy to use public transport and the Bixi bicycles, especially the short walk to the metro is convenient.

    My original listing was changed to a different one due to a conflict, which was totally fine. I was upgraded to a bigger place and it was great! Positive: -Spacious -Private parking -Nice interior -Big bed with lots of pillows -Private backyard -Huge bathtub -Kitchen is well equipped for cooking Negatives: -Construction in front of the place for the first two weeks so it was loud + couldnt park. Out of the host's control. -Slow wi-fi. If you work from home, this might be an issue. -Loud stomping late at night and early mornings. The listing is also on the first floor and the stairs run in the middle so you could hear people going up and down all the time. -Area is a bit far from local groceries and the Metro.

    We spent 3 months over the summer. The place is very good value for money. We especially appreciated the terrace and spent a lot of time outside in the garden. It is quick and easy to go downtown on the subway or the bixi rental bikes which are located just outside the appartment.

    This place was perfect to stay for a few months and Jeanne was very helpful and responsive, even updating the wifi as needed. The welcome packet was really nice as well!
