Very big apartment of 1800 square feet, located on the FAMOUS and ô so wonderful Mont-Royal avenue. Only 12 minutes walk (1 km) to the Mont-Royal metro station. Plenty of wonderful cafés, restaurants, shops and a supermarket are right on that street! Parc Lafontaine is 2 blocks away! This is the place to be if you want to experience the trendiest area in town: Le Plateau Mont-Royal.

Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). You will love the big terrasse : it has a large table seating 8, a BBQ, and long chairs to chill while soaking up the sun of the afternoon.

NO parking included, parking at the back of the building in a public parking for 12$ per 24 hours and free street parking possible in some nearby streets (a guestbook is provided indicating where streetparking is free).
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and all you need to cook. NOTE: there are no condiments provided. The table seats 8 to 12 guests.
The private terrace with BBQ is the perfect place to enjoy a good meal with friends.
INCLUDED: High speed Wi-Fi internet, cable TV, phone for local calls, electricity, Air Conditioning, dishwasher, washer and dryer, linens and towels for 13 guests.
IMPORTANT: we also have another apartment (exactly the same layout and size) located right ABOVE this one. So if you are a big group, you could take both!
Also note that for any given stay of 32 days or less, our nightly prices will include the Québec Lodging Tax of 3.5%, the Provincial Tax (QST 9.975%) and the Federal Tax (GST 5%). These taxes apply to the total stay but not to the refundable damage deposit.
MINIMUM STAY: 2 nights minimum stay unless we have a 1 night "gap" between two other rentals and we reserve the right to ask for 3 nights for special events or weekends.
