Spacious apartment located on the famous and ô so wonderful Mont-Royal avenue. Right in front of the Mont-Royal metro station. You can see it from the terrace! Plenty of cool cafés, restaurants, shops and a supermarket are right on that street! This is the place to be if you want to experience the trendiest area in town: Le Plateau Mont-Royal.
The huge authentic brick wall gives character and warmth to the huge open-space living / dining area. All the furniture and decor was chosen with love
Located on the 2nd floor (Steps are steep). There is plenty of natural sunlight and you will love the two big terraces (one on the side and one in front of the building).
Ideal for 6 people but can sleep 8 comfortably.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and all you need to cook. The table seats 8 to 12 guests. Nespresso machine (capsules not included) and regular filter coffee machine (coffee included) are on site.
The private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a good meal with friends.

NO parking included, but you can purchase DAY PERMITS at Pay Stations (over 250 in the area)
INCLUDED: High speed Wi-Fi internet, television, electricity, air conditioning, dishwasher, washer and dryer, linens and towels (one per person) .
WINTER: someone is in charge of shovelling the staircase and entryway but it is possible that a snowfall right before your arrival leaves the outdoor area unshovelled. There is normally a shovel and salt at your disposal in the wardrobe by the entrance.
NOTE that for any given stay of 31 days or less, our nightly prices will include the Québec Lodging Tax of 3.5%, the Provincial Tax (QST 9.975%) and the Federal Tax (GST 5%). These taxes apply to the total stay but not to the refundable damage deposit.
MINIMUM STAY: 2 nights minimum stay unless we have a 1 night "gap" between two other rentals and we reserve the right to ask for 3 nights for special events or weekends.
RULES: NO smoking and NO parties. Music is tolerated until 10 pm.
We STRONGLY suggest you get adequate travel insurance as we have a strict cancelation policy.

Any notice of cancellation must be submitted by email. No cancellations or changes will be accepted by phone. As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking and may be unable to re-sell your period of stay, the following cancellation policy will apply:
The cancellation policy that applies to your reservation corresponds to the policy in force on the booking platform (Website) with which you made your reservation, unless you have reserved directly on our Website (www.homeinmontreal.com), in which case the policy in force is the following:
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days in advance.
No refunds are provided to travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in.
If your arrival is delayed after the check-in date or you depart earlier than the check-out date no refund or amendment can be made to your original booking confirmation under any circumstances. We strongly recommend that you purchase adequate holiday cancellation insurance.
