Fully renovated 1 bdr apartment located on the 2nd floor of a triplex, always filled with natural light.

Located in Verdun, only 650 meters (8 min walk) to Lasalle metro station: green line, easy and fast access to down-town by bus or metro.

600 square feet, ideal for a couple with its one bedroom, but can accommodate up to 4 guests:
- the bedroom offers a Queen Size bed (2 guests)
- there is a sofa bed in the living room (2 guests)

Modern furniture and kitchen, original wooden floors, lots of natural light, a niece open space for the kitchen-living room and 2 private balconies.

Included: Wi-Fi High speed internet (unlimited), HD flat screen TV, DVD, air conditioning from June to October, front load washer/dryer, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, towels and linens, all the necessary to cook, clean, etc.

Not Included: electricity (you should plan $25 to $50 per month), for stays of less than 2 months we can do a rate with electricity included, for stays of 2 months and more we ask you to open an account with Hydro Quebec.

--- Transport ---

-METRO: 8 minutes walk (650m) to the Lasalle Metro station and only 8 metro stops to St-Laurent station (nightlife, restaurants, bars, clubs) and 7 metro stops to Place des Arts (Jazz festival, etc.) The Lasalle metro station is on the green line, so you don’t need to transfer to go down-town!

-BIXI: you will LOVE BIXI, the famous Montreal self-access bike rental system. It’s the ideal way to explore the city. There is a BIXI station at only 20 meters of the building (it's almost in front!)

-BUS: there is a bus stop (n°107) directly in front of the building, going towards down-town

-PARKING is FREE and super EASY to find in the street.

Close to the Wellington street with its shops, cafés and restaurants. Near the Lachine canal, the trendy Atwater Market and the St-Lawrence river where you can jog or bike.

90 NIGHTS STAY OR MORE ONLY unless we have a gap in our calendar which allows for short term rental.

We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance.

RULES: no party or loud music, no animals, no tobacco or cannabis

Winter: snow removal is not included
Summer: air conditioning is available between June and October
