Beautiful, spacious and fully renovated 1 bdr apartment with free and easy to find PARKING in the street.

Located in Verdun, 650 meters (8 min walk) to Lasalle metro station: green line, easy and fast access to down-town by bus or metro.

600 square feet, ideal for a couple with it's one bedroom, but can accommodate up to 4 guests:
- the bedroom offers a Queen Size bed (2 guests)
- the couch in the living room is a brand new "double sofa-bed" (2 guests)

New and modern furniture and kitchen, original wooden floors, lots of natural light and a nice open space for the kitchen-living room.

INCLUDED: New washer/dryer, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, towels and linens for 4 guests, all the necessary to cook, clean, Wi-Fi High speed internet, so you can use the TV with NETFLIX (note: there is no cable TV, the TV can only be used for Netflix or if you hook up the cable yourself) HD flat screen TV,

Not Included: electricity (you should plan $25 to $50 per month), for stays of less than 2 months we can do a rate with electricity included, for stays of 2 months and more we ask you to open an account with Hydro Quebec.

--- Transport ---

-METRO: 8 minutes walk (650m) to the Lasalle Metro station and only 8 metro stops to St-Laurent station (nightlife, restaurants, bars, clubs) and 7 metro stops to Place des Arts (Jazz festival, etc.) The Lasalle metro station is on the green line, so you don’t need to transfer to go down-town!

-BIXI: you will LOVE BIXI, the famous Montreal self-access bike rental system. It’s the ideal way to explore the city. There is a BIXI station right IN FRONT of the building!

-BUS: there is a bus stop (n°107) directly in front of the building, going towards down-town

-Parking is free and super easy to find in the street.

--- The area---

Close to the Wellington street with its shops, cafés and restaurants. Near the Lachine canal, the trendy Atwater Market and the St-Lawrence river where you can jog or bike.

Je recommande vivement cet appartement. Nouvellement arrivée à Montréal, j'y suis restée six mois. La communication avec Jeanne et son équipe est simple, agréable et professionnelle. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement pour vous sentir bien. La décoration est épurée et sophistiquée. Le logement est situé dans une rue calme, près du métro et de la rue Wellington, qui offre tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin pour magasiner.

The Home In Montreal team ensured that my stay was inviting and comfortable. They were quick to answer and resolve any of my questions. They provide you with all the info for your stay in a very detailed and easy to understand manner. The 2nd floor apartment has great amenities including wifi, refrigerator, stove, microwave, tv, washer and dryer etc. The street parking is easy to find during various times throughout the day. Would definitely recommend staying with them!

Charmant appartement dans immeuble ancien typique, bien équipé et très bien situé : à proximité de l'arrêt de la navette de l'aéroport 747, du métro, gare autocar, diverses épiceries et de plusieurs points touristiques et quartiers sympas. Le seul bémol est le bruit de la rue que l'on entend dans l'appartement. En tout cas l'équipe de Home in Montréal a été réactive à chacune de mes questions et on sent l'envie d'accueillir ses hôtes de la meilleure façon qu'il soit.

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous new appliances and plenty of space. The street outside is pretty quiet and the 107 bus picks up almost right outside the front door. Was very clean when I arrived and stayed a nice temperature with the AC in summer and the heater in winter.
